Shipping Policy

Our orders are mostly sent via Australia Post (with tracking details) or via Sendle depending on your location. All orders are generally processed within 3-7 business days (with the exception of peak season and sale periods).

Shipping is on Monday and Friday mornings. Once shipped, please allow up to 7-14 business days for your order to arrive in Australia, depending on your locality. We currently ship within  Australia only. Tracking notifications are automatically emailed upon shipment, however if you do not receive tracking then please email

We will do our  best to get your toys to you in time for a special event. But we cannot take responsibility if an item does not arrive to you in time if needed for a gift or for a special event/date due to postal delays.

We are committed to protecting our environment and therefore use recyclable boxes and/or reused packaging. Although your order may not always look ‘pretty’ it will always be packaged safely and sustainably. We use Biodegradable tape and recycled paper wherever possible.

If you require your order to be wrapped – or any boxes to be covered without pictures on them (aka presents) then please send us an email.

Free Shipping (applies to metro areas)

  • Free Shipping applies to orders over $150 (excluding Shipping costs)  

  • Free Shipping does not apply for Bulky items that weigh more than 8 kg. 

  • Free Shipping does not apply for NT orders or WA orders

  • Free Shipping is valid for Eastern Sea Board Metro Postcodes below

  • The following postcodes are considered to be metro areas:

    • Melbourne: 3000-3095, 3101-3138, 3141-3156, 3161-3207.

    • Sydney: 2000-2234, 2564-2566, 2745-2757, 2759-2770, 2890-2914.

    • Canberra: 2600-2620.

    • Brisbane: 4000-4179, 4205-4207, 4300-4305, 4500-4506, 4508-4511, 4520. 

  • The following postcodes are excluded from all free Shipping offers and will be invoiced separately after placing an order:

    • 0800-0999, 2641, 2717, 2831, 2880-2889, 2898-2899, 4184, 4421, 4450-4499, 4680, 4694-4999, 5201-5749, 6000-6214, 6215-6799, 7151-7154 and 9920-9998.

  • Toymagine reserves the right to make further exclusions depending on selected product and in some cases may be limited to Metro areas.

Pre Orders/ Back Order

Any order containing a Pre-Order or Backorder item will be shipped together once the last item arrives. If you would like your order sent in seperate lots then shipping will need to be paid for every order shipped SEPERATELY.


Local Pickup

We offer local pickup from ELTHAM, MELBOURNE. This is available by appointment only, please email to organise a pickup. 

Free Local Delivery (10 Km of Eltham)

We offer free local delivery within 10 Km of Melbourne. This is available by appointment only, please email to organise a pickup. 

Return & Exchange Policy

Customer satisfaction is always our number 1 priority!  

At Toymagine, we want our customers to shop with confidence in our products.

Returns /Refunds

We only replace or refund items if they are found to be defective or damaged upon receipt. We suggest full inspection of items within 4 days of receipt and any refund or exchange request made after that will be declined, unfortunately.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. 

There are certain situations where only partial return voucher is granted (if applicable)

  • with obvious signs of use

  • Any item not in its original condition is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error. We suggest all our customers to take pictures/video of unboxing/unwrapping the items just so that incase there is any transit damage, with the help of  video, we can help to make necessary returns/refunds applicable. 

  • Any item that is returned more than 7 days after delivery

Refunds (if applicable)

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your returned item.

If you are approved, then will email you a "Return Voucher" (NO CASH REFUNDS) that will be a credit note which you can use for your purchasing another item from the store in future.


Sale items (if applicable)

Only regular priced items may be returned, unfortunately, items bought in sale or promotions cannot be exchanged or returned.

Exchanges (if applicable)

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at

For any damaged item, we suggest you to take pictures within the packaging of the item and email is back to us. There may be certain toys which may not have a packaging on them (as we trying to go with more eco-friendly packaging options) - in such cases - Returns will be accepted if you can email us the damage in the toy within 24-48 hours of receiving them. 


All gifts are wrapped for free!

If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.

If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a Return Voucher to the gift giver and he will find out about your return.


To return your product, you should email us and we shall provide you with return address. You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your Return Voucher. Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary. If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
